Global supply chain optimization specialist | WAALWIJK
What will be your role?
As a Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you play a key role in improving the efficiency, reliability, and digital maturity of our global supply chain network. You combine analytical insight with process and system expertise to identify improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision making across our global operations.
This means you analyze the Supply Chain process, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Next to identifying, you also design and implement process improvements. Furthermore, it is important to maintain and develop key global supply chain reports and dashboards (KPI tracking, performance analytics, operational insights). Of course you ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools. You report to the Global Supply Chain Director.

Who are you?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
 - 3–6 years of experience in supply chain process improvement, analytics, or system optimization.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent).
 - Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
 - Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
 - Excellent communication skills in English (and preferably one other language).
 - Energetic, pro-active, curious mindset
