ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Set and manage the deliverables and scope of the project(s) 
-Set and manage the milestones and timeline 
-Manage the project team to deliver on the milestones
-Risk management
-Manage the communication towards the Steering committee, including steering to get key decisions to move forward. E.g. resources, CAPEX requirements. 
-Relevant stakeholder management
-Ensure the team receives the feedback and required input to be successful. 
-Support the implementation of the Stage-Gate process. 
-Facilitates training in project management to the other disciplines
-Connects Stage-Gate process to IBP Product & Portfolio management by maintaining the Project Masterdata file and required planning and resource deliverables.
-Supports the product management team for Energy Curing Resins 
-Actively builds technical portfolio understanding with the aim to grow towards product management

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
-Degree in Chemistry 
-5 years of industrial product development, application development or technical service experience in Acrylates preferably in the UV Industrial coatings and/or Graphic Arts industry.

COMPETENCIES
-Proven track record in project management 
-Has strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Has a proven track record of the Stage Gate process 
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
-Is process and result driven. Has the drive, energy and skills to finish projects
-Must be a team player that can collaborate effectively within a global organization.
Ability to interface and build strong relationships internally and externally
