Asia FP&A Supervisor
Shanghai, China | Reports to the Asia FP&A Manager
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The FP&A Supervisor is to provide financial analysis to support management team’s strategic decision making and daily operations monitoring.
- Prepare data for financial analysis of company’s operating results & provide monthly variance analysis;
- Liaise with the accounting team at month end closing. Monitor the process of accurate and meaningful month-end reporting to meet the tight deadlines;
- Participate in budgeting and monthly forecasting process;
- Monitor the process of monthly balance sheet reviews;
- Work closely with the accounting team to manage internal and external (statutory) audits for dedicated entities;
- Work closely with the accounting team to work in compliance with statutory requirements for tax, treasury, insurance and other related administrative areas;
- Support Asia FD and Asia FP&A Manager on ad hoc projects in Asia.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Accounting and Finance;
- Working experience: 5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience;
- System skills must include ERP system and advanced Excel (pivot tables);
- Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting and regulations;
- In-depth knowledge in financial information systems;
- Willing to travel when required;
- Good communication
- Language: bilingual (English & Chinese).
