The Account Manager is responsible for generating value for the company, achieving the agreed budget of Turnover and Margin in the assigned sales territory and/or customer base. Aligned with the company's vision, values and strategy, the Account Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all strategic and operational sales activities within the assigned sales territory or customer base. Ensures consistent sales and growth based on customer relationship and one-off opportunities. Provides reliable market information to sales support departments.

  • Present solutions and new business development, prospect new potential accounts and activate inactive customers;
  • Form and manage the Client Portfolio, maintain and increase the results of the Active Client Portfolio according to the annual budget, Be responsible for managing negotiations with clients, maximizing profits, contract negotiation management, monitoring and defining supply frequency, forecast, profit margin sale, payment terms, among other relevant aspects;
  • Carry out commercial and/or technical visits with the aim of promoting sales, identifying necessary actions and monitoring their fulfillment;
  • Manage in all aspects the business and relationships between the company and the customers in its portfolio by managing and developing strategic customer accounts;
  • Coordinate and develop activities for customers, including sales planning and reporting, new product and/or business development, post-sales follow-up to product delivery;
  • Establish a frequency of pre-sales and post-sales visits and together with the technical team, with the aim of building customer loyalty and seeking new business and developments;
  • Produce and deliver visit reports according to discussions and dealings with customers, including those carried out by telephone;
  • Responsible for market information, competition and demand plan/forecast support with strategic data. Execution of pricing based on Price Setting guidance from Product and Segment Leadership;
  • Create a strategy for managing and complying with sales and budget;
  • Conduct market data survey, analyze competition, trends and market conditions, Perform analytical visit reports and monitor the actions generated, analyze quantitative and qualitative data of your customer portfolio, in order to increase business results;
  • Interface with the global team to optimize opportunities and exchange strategic information on products and customers. Work with the internal customer service team in order to optimize customer service;
  • Actively work in the Development Pipeline.


  • Bachelor in Chemistry;
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of (technical) sales experience in the paint and coatings industry, with sales of additives and specialty chemicals. Desirable market knowledge of Radcure UV systems;
  • Desirable knowledge of the UV Market (Applications/Markets, Products, Services, Competitors);
  • Experience with MS Office;
  • Good communication in English, preferably advanced level
