ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Under little supervision, performs a variety of tasks involved in the provision of I&E services, and reporting
-Use required equipment including hand tools, electrical test equipment, calibrators, multi-meters and other test equipment.
-Operate and trouble-shoot various control devices, processes and instrumentation including but not limited to pressure, flow, temperature and safety monitoring devices.
-Operate and trouble-shoot DCS (DeltaV). Must have knowledge in logic writing for DCS.
-Performed preventative maintenance, field repairs and parts ordering.
-Worked closely with Quality, Engineering and Operations groups to ensure strict compliance with ISO guidelines at all times, specifically to ensure that equipment is maintained under ISO compliance.
-Develop and maintain documentation including work instructions, SOPs, training and troubleshooting guides.
-Signalizes constraints in procedures and suggest solutions.
-All other possible occurring tasks or responsibilities;
-Work in accordance with company rules and regulations;
-Perform other duties as requested. 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
-Associates Degree/Technical Degree or Higher preferred, namely in Process Instrumentation.
-5 Years of experience maintenance, and repair of industrial instrumentation, control, and communication system components involving the application of physical, chemical, and electronics principles

COMPETENCIES
-Communication protocols (4/20mA, 3/15psi, Hart, Fieldbus, specific A/N)
-Troubleshooting and testing of power systems (24Vdc, AC systems up to 600 V)
-Technical documents (P&IDs, Electrical Drawings, Technical Manuals)
-PLC based systems and reading logic documentation or PC interface
Ensured effective and continuous 24 hr. operation of all control systems throughout the plant
