Product Development IGM can offer customised acrylate product development and modifications to existing range . Synthesis from lab scale to production is available at both our US and Chinese plants. Application Testing Performance testing of UV/EB curable raw materials, inks and coatings is available. Our French laboratory is IGM’s Head Application Centre. Technical Problem Solving & Advice IGM technical staff possess expert knowledge of the photoinitiators and resins (acrylates, cycloaliphatic epoxides etc) used in radcure coatings as well as a large amount of practical experience re: application and curing. Formulation & Application Development Manufactures vary widely in both size and level of expertise. Our formulation service is aimed principally at small manufacturers and those who are considering moving into new market areas. IGM can act solely as information providers by helping you with starting point formulations and provide details of suitable raw materials. Additionally, we can make small-scale batches of products which either you or we can evaluate.
