Below we take you through the description of the role and the responsibilities. We do not expect you to meet everything yet, as there is plenty of room to help you develop in this role. Personal and professional development is our top priority! 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with key suppliers and stakeholders throughout the organization from functions such as production, product development, regulatory, supply chain and logistics to ensure we have product available at the right place at the right time.
• Determine external supplier purchases needed for our warehouses in the US and EMEA. You are the first point of contact for our suppliers and internal stake holders. 
• Responsible for setting up and facilitating the appropriate meeting structure needed to manage your suppliers. You will drive improvements and follow up on actions agreed.
• Utilize SAP to analyze all elements and aspects of the product portfolio; you own your products and maintain the right stock levels and manage others in their contribution to this.
• You support the long-term IBP process (5-24 months) and manage the Short-Term Supply Chain Execution (0-4 months). 
• Continuously drive improvement and conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions (for instance regarding the weekly OTIF analysis done with Logistics and Customer Service)
• Actively contribute to the global SC organization by working together on alignment between the regions on planning, processes, SAP optimization, inventory optimization, reporting etc.
• Develop an overall plan that prioritizes operations based on customer needs and operations efficiencies and provide best practice deployment into the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBO+ level with 0-3 years of working experience in Supply Planning. Perhaps you have experience in other planning roles like production planning and you want to develop yourself within Supply Chain?  No experience so far? In any case, you’re invited to apply.
• You are an excellent communicator and have well developed social skills and feel at home in an international environment with English and Dutch as main languages (speaking/understanding Dutch is a must).

We work in a modern building in the industrial area of Waalwijk, with a super friendly and energetic club of people. We are all in the office most of the time, because we feel it´s important to see and talk to each other in person to maintain a good relationship with the organization and team members. 

In addition to a good basic salary (€2800 to €3200 per month), we offer a generous travel allowance (€0.23 per km), 25 days of leave increasing to 28 within a few years, and an excellent pension plan.
