With its recently established UV application laboratory, IGM Resins has once again made improvements in the technical assistance and customized solutions it offers towards the European UV Radcure Industry; The Manchester facility also supports and cooperates with the IGM UV laboratory in the USA.

Our UV lab enables IGM to further expand the technical support and service levels toward our customers;it offers creative and innovative UV technology to provide solutions for customer problems.

As well as product development, UV application technology, product and formulation testing, IGM also offers training sessions on specific UV applications/UV technology for our customers.

All activities are supervised by a group of highly qualified technicians.

•	UV Application Technology: Our extensive range of UV raw materials allows us to develop product for each specific UV application based on free radical, cationic or (patented) polymeric photo-chemistry. Based on our extended knowledge of radiation curing we are able to improve/fine tune existing UV formulations as well as develop new UV formulations built on new UV technology for new emerging markets. From 2004 IGM Resins has specifically focused on the development of UV formulations based on a new patented generation of polymeric and cationic photo-initiators.
•	Product Development: IGM is committed to developing innovative UV products to advance UV curing technology on behalf of our customers; Our R&D team and those from our manufacturing partners cooperate in continuous investment in research, development and process improvement based on changing customer needs.
•	Sampling and testing of products: Every customer sample request is processed and handled by our laboratory. On behalf of customers we test products for specific properties.
•	Customer Learning Centre & Specialized training for customers: We offer specialized training and workshops on UV Radiation curing technology; training extends from basic introductory workshops to more specialized and customized courses designed to stretch more experienced technicians. •	Customized manufacturing of UV compounds: Development of specific UV Resin/monomer blends or compounds containing photo-initiators, UV acrylates and UV additives. This complemented by our exclusive toll manufacturing operations monitored by IGM Resins. This offers the complete troubleshooting guide and process optimization service in order to create greater efficiency for our customers.
